Payment Terms

  • All courses will be invoiced at the time of booking. 
  • Standard payment terms are net 7 days from the date of invoice. 
  • Courses will be invoiced at the full course cost. 
  • Full payment must be received at least 7 days before the course start date to guarantee your place.

Attendance and Certification

  • Learners must attend and fully participate in all course sessions to be eligible for certification. 
  • If a learner misses part of a session: 
  • If up to one hour of content is missed, the instructor will aim to cover the missed material during breaks or immediately after the scheduled session. 
  • If more than one hour is missed, a separate catch-up session will be required. This will be arranged individually and charged at £50
  • To support full learning, learners are encouraged to review the missed material in their workbook and engage with the instructor to ensure all course outcomes are met.

Course Amendments

  • Colours Training reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course content, delivery methods, or instructors where necessary. 
  • Any significant changes will be communicated promptly to all participants.

Accessibility and Support

  • Every effort is made to ensure that all training environments are inclusive, supportive, and accessible. 
  • If you have any specific learning needs, accessibility requirements, or requests for reasonable adjustments, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can best support you.

Safe and Respectful Learning Environment

  • All participants are expected to contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for learning. 
  • Disruptive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. In such cases, participants may be asked to leave without refund.
